Do you get a bit EXTRA anxious during launch time?
The gut-brain connection is no joke; it can link anxiety to stomach problems and vice versa. I often see THIS as a cause of anxiety, nerves, or resistance around launches with clients and mindset work simply WILL NOT fix this.
