Have you ever thought “Is this the not self or true self?”. This is probably the most popular question I receive, and funny enough comes from the not self, trying to grasp or figure out the “this vs that”.
It is a similar question to “how long do I wait my emotional wave”, a not self question trying to grasp or figure out the wave from the mind.
