Taking Aligned Action NOW Through Strategy & Authority

The truth is this:  Your monkey mind is a bit of an a$$hole & has absolutely NO idea how to follow strategy & authority AND has no idea what is best for you or your business.

Your monkey mind believes you don’t know enough or need to learn more, be more expert, think more about it, shit the bed a bit longer, yet you know enough to start RIGHT THIS MOMENT NOW, you simply don’t trust it.  I do not believe for a second, and don’t come to me saying, you don’t know what to do or the next step.

And more information isn’t going to be what gets you to trust it.  Practicing following strategy & authority is the only thing that opens up aligned action through the rest of the bodygraph (variables, colour, tone, profile, incarnation cross, etc).

I will often have people say “Well, are you teaching incarnation cross in this program I need that so I can make sure I am in the right direction in business”, my friend, that is a NATURAL extension, byproduct, way of BEING, that is created by you following strategy & authority.

And sure, it is fun to know that information but people don’t hire me to teach them Human Design.  That is NOT in my job description as a consultant or coach.  They hire me to get them results in their business & I know how to do just that.

The three top mistakes when incorporating Human Design into your business:

1) Getting sucked in by all the information & thinking that is what you need to scale.  

I often hear (especially in Gene Keys with the Pearl Sequence) “I need to know ___ so that I can ___”. I can promise you that you do NOT.  You need to trust your inner authority, period.  And that isn’t an overnight shift.  It is constantly noticing patterns, coming back, choosing a different way, & surrendering more.

Even with my high level clients it is usually, depending on how quickly they surrender, 6+ months in before we worry about anything other than fundamental pieces of their design, and often the “higher level” knowledge only flows through when needed for those powerful 1 degree shifts.  

Why? You want aligned results, the foundations must be in place otherwise your mind is dragging you along & you are calling it embodiment.

Master your strategy & authority.  If you do not know how to enter into decisions properly nothing else matters. You can sit in your cave & eat cold foods but shit isn’t going to shift for you in your business.

2) Believing that there is one way for Manifestors, Projectors, Generators, or Reflectors & if you just learn that then you will have the 6 figure launch.  

Even with Human Design there is a whole hell of a lot of trust, surrender, & experiment. This is why having a knowledgeable coach can help close the gap so much faster.  It is, after all, an experiment.  I provide a ton of practical tools based on your design from BG5 yet if you don’t trust yourself, don’t follow through, allow your mind to start wandering, or allow self sabotage to creep in, the formula for YOU doesn’t matter.  

Be in it for the long haul, just not “overnight” success.

3) Continuing to sell from the not self (I should, need, have to __ so that I can ___) which creates static & resistance.

You sell through your openness (centers, gates, channels) yet this only works when your openness is a source of wisdom.  For example, if you are getting caught up in your own or others emotions you are not wise within the undefined/ open solar plexus.  Wisdom comes from no longer identifying with what you are taking in so that you can observe it & help others with that wisdom.  This isn’t a mind, logical, “thing” that happens.  The more the mind tries to grip & control the more you identify with what is being brought in.

Bonus tip:

You MUST pattern interrupt.  When you find your monkey mind pulling you along or questions coming up that truly have nothing to do with strategy & authority STOP.  Pause.  Come back.  Follow strategy & authority from a bodily FELT sense, not mind certainty.

Especially if you are struggling to be present & follow strategy & authority set alarms in your phone to remind you to come back to the present moment & check in to your bodily felt sense.  Make connecting with your body a non-negotiable.

And, if you are STILL coming up with “I don’t know” a classic that works every time with my clients is “If you did know what would it be?” & don’t allow yourself to wiggle out of the true for you answer.

Again, make following YOUR inner authority a non-negotiable.
