Leadership…
I lead all four of my horses in from the paddock at once.
One is a pony (says enough- mind of his own), one a weanling who is ultimately still new to the whole “thing”, the other 2 year old (coming 3) Loki who lives up to the name, & Monty who has his moments of panic if something is where it shouldn’t be.
I lead with little problems, and if there is I am able to correct it quickly without the situation spiraling. Â
