When looking at teams (3+ employees) should we worry about how an individual employees chart interacts with the Alpha (Team lead, boss, CEO, etc)?

The answer is: No.

Sure, it may be “cool”, yet it doesn’t solve any problems for the business nor does it move the business forward.
