Building Stronger Teams Using BG5 (Human Design)

What if you had a way to streamline teams & increase profit potential by leveraging your teams strengths?  What if you had a literal x-ray into the inner workings of your business that allowed you to identify gaps, leaks, & missed opportunities for growth?

That is exactly what BG5 & Human Design allow us the opportunity to do.

Ra Uru Hu said: “You can’t just rely on what seems to be working in the moment; the market is naturally mutative.  The moment everything is running smoothly is actually the moment you need to start changing.  The reason is if you don’t start changing it soon ends up being outdated”.

What many may not know is prior to Ra moving to Ibiza & having the experience with “the voice” he was a VERY successful businessman in Canada. The man knows business.

I have taught in programs in the past how the 3rd line (Not necessarily just profile) has a leading edge when it comes to the material plane & business because it is naturally mutative, resilient, and able to be one step ahead of others….

But what does this look like in teams?

When I work with teams of 3+ employees I work with the PentaGraph (official Ra Uru Hu software).  The 3rd line “flavour” in the Penta is the skill of Planning.  This skill is responsible for:

💵 Upgrading

💵 Expansion

💵 Development

💵 Sophistication 

💵 Staying ahead of the market & competitors

The teams that have an employee with the skill of Planning, and who is in a position to be leveraging it within the business, naturally mutate & evolve within the marketplace; seemingly immune to what is happening around them in the market or economy.

Those that do not have the skill of planning?

They are not appropriately planning for the future. While this may work short term the “leaky holes” in the team will cause the business to not see market changes coming therefore have nothing to offer when it inevitably changes.  This team or business is always playing catch up, which can impact team morale as well as profit potential.

My own experience:

I am someone who does not have the skill of planning and the honest truth is that I learned the hard way about not planning for the future. When I started in business I went month to month, and while I “made” it the reality is I burned out.  Originally I blamed myself for “lacking” some skill that came so easily to others.  I couldn’t figure out why I continued to fall into patterns of going month to month in business.  I was making the fancy numbers & overflowing in cash, yet I was not fulfilled as I had left the corporate rat race for a hamster wheel.

Learning this information, applying it to my own business, then applying it with countless clients & high performing teams, has been INVALUABLE. 

We perform better when we have the opportunity to leverage our strengths & hand off the rest. Between my mentors & my team I am surrounded by the skills I “lack” to allow ME to stay in my zone of genius as well as the business to mutate & evolve AHEAD of the curve of where the marketplace is going!

An example of a business that couldn’t evolve so died? Blockbuster is a prime example!
