When looking at teams (3+ employees) should we worry about how an individual employees chart interacts with the Alpha (Team lead, boss, CEO, etc)?

The answer is: No.

Sure, it may be “cool”, yet it doesn’t solve any problems for the business nor does it move the business forward.  So, if the team has extra money to spend & wants to do it out of curiosity I am more than happy to conduct partnership readings ( A 2 hour call between the Alpha & each employee) however it serves no practical purpose other than being fun to see!

In business the “Penta” is the same Penta that happens in families of 3 or more.  It is a trans- auric form which transcends the individual auras.  The Penta also takes what it needs & leaves the rest, therefore your whole chart is NOT included in the Penta.

When we are looking at the Penta it looks at 12 Business Skills which make up a truly functional business.

Some of us have many of these skills, some maybe only one, some of us none. But each skill is equally important in the overall dynamic of the group whole. Missing any of them creates gaps that will stop a business dead in its tracks:

These Business Skills are the building blocks of a successful business. When they are all brought together in a Unified Group, we can experience an amazing group phenomenon which moves the business forward.
