When looking at teams (3+ employees) should we worry about how an individual employees chart interacts with the Alpha (Team lead, boss, CEO, etc)?

The answer is: No.

Sure, it may be “cool”, yet it doesn’t solve any problems for the business nor does it move the business forward. So, if the team has extra money to spend & wants to do it out of curiosity I am more than happy to conduct partnership readings ( A 2 hour call between the Alpha & each employee) however it serves no practical purpose...

Get a proper photoshoot.

Pick brand colours.
