The Material Plane Requires Adaptability (Human Design)

I have been in a massive overhaul behind the scenes, redesigning my entire business model.
This isn’t the first time.
I did it 2.5 ish years ago when I hit a brick wall from daily tactics & monthly launches.
I did it when Kira passed away just over a year ago when I realized I had been working in a “When I ___ then I can ___” hamster wheel, which even though I had implemented more strategy I was still IN my business too much to have the type of lifestyle & freedom I desired.
Now, I am moving towards a business model that is primarily focused on high level 1:1 mentoring & consulting.
Success on the material plane requires adaptability, resistance, grit, but most importantly it requires the willingness to adjust course when more layers of the not self shed & you realize something has to change.
And, often it isn’t a “FULL BODY HELL YES”, in fact, more often than not it is a decision made from your mind, not inner authority if it is loud & obvious. You will have to listen to the whisper below the loud mind yelling & screaming for you to do x, y, or z because ______ (It will create the biggest launch, make the most sense,won’t trigger others, will get you seen & heard, etc).
In the long term, a scalable & sustainable business only comes from being in alignment with your design, which also means in alignment with your core (true) identity & values.
Don’t chase the numbers. It puts you on a hamster wheel trying to “keep up” with others in a race to the next highest month.
Get to know YOU, below the conditioning, and what truly matters to you and build your business from a place of grounded embodiment.
Then, the money can be made, and you will be able to keep it (and your relationships, health, & sanity).
