“Do what you love & love what you do”.

I have been talking about a shift in the business & it is finally here!  

I have a confession to make:

I have NOT been fully owning my expertise & the level of knowledge I bring to the table, even simply in regards to Human Design/ BG5.  After investing into yet MORE higher level education at BG5, the business application of the Human Design system through the Jovian Archive, it really hit me that there are few people with my level of experience, knowledge, & embodiment of the Science of Differentiation. I am nearly 3 years, 5-8 hours a week of study for 3 years, & over $70, 000 deep into my education, and I take it VERY seriously.  I have even gone back and paid to audit courses again at the IHDS simply to see someone elses way of bringing forward the information.

The Sacral Yes, a Generator/ MG 6 week high intensive program, wraps up my final planned course or membership. It is not to say that another will never happen however that is not the direction in the business therefore it will be the exception, not the norm.

It really hit me this year that I am simply NOT here to be a content creator or course creator.  It doesn’t light me up the way high level 1:1 consulting does.  Helping someone land a Netflix contract through subtle shifts with their design.  Helping someone land acting gigs through understanding how to better amplify their power & strengths. The subtle strategy or energy shifts that catapult someone into their million dollar + years. It is pure magic.

I have outgrown my direction, and while I would still be happy in it & wildly successful, it is now like a snake skin that must be shed. I mean the truth is there are also only so many years you can dedicate to explaining responding vs invitation before your eyes start to bleed ;)

This year I was also able to begin derubbling at a deeper level the Generator statement “do what you love & love what you do”.  At many points in time I questioned if I loved coaching in Human Design & whether it was the path forward.  This year has been a DEEP journey within the void & Generator plateau, let me tell you!  Thank GOD for long term coaching with my mentor so that I have had the support while I navigate the depths of it all without being able to squirm out & try to do it alone!  (Side note: Long term coaching support is KEY because it is when things get tough that your mind chatter gets louder & that is EXACTLY when you need the support!)

It was actually on a call with my coach that the pivot was given the final stamp & it was signed, sealed, delivered to my soul.

She said: “Charge what you want”.

And THAT's what I didn’t love anymore.  Not that it wasn’t Human Design/ BG5.  It was my price point, and current direction, that I had outgrown.  It was the foundations that I had outgrown.

So with that, it all came together & I was able to give myself the final permission slip needed to step deeper into what I desire to do, which is HIGH level consulting with public figures, established entrepreneurs, teams, & large businesses.  I have done it all along, it was simply never the focus before.

So, with that said, BG5 Power Sessions for public figures, established entrepreneurs, teams, & businesses are back.  The price point went up & will go up again before the end of the year, as I add more certifications in BG5 to my growing body of knowledge.  This will be a requirement prior to moving on to long term coaching or consulting packages to ensure it is the right fit.

I have responded “yes” to a high level mastermind, however not a yes to what that looks like yet, so hold tight for that.

Some tips I would like to impart:

  1. No matter your design, do what you love & love what you do, AND it may not actually be the thing you are doing that you don’t love but some other aspect of it.
  2. Have strategy & recurring income in your business.  This should be a NON negotiable.  My business continued to grow & expand while I was in the void AND I didn’t have to worry either way because I had $40, 000 recurring income monthly set up.  I will be speaking more on this in the Sacral Yes, how to calculate it & how to set it up.
  3. Others reactions to your price point or what you do is none of your business.  If people have decided they can’t afford you that doesn’t mean you change something in your business.  Yes, be here to serve, AND allow yourself to grow, expand, & take up more space.
  4. Give yourself time & permission to be in the void/ plateau.  Trying to figure it out or force your way out of it will cause more issues.  With this however, use discernment on where you are using it as an excuse to not take action on what you KNOW to be true.  The void/ plateau is not an excuse to not take action.
  5. Build a life, not just a business.

If you are a Generator or MG we will go over ALL of this in The Sacral Yes.  I will be imparting not just my own personal experience, the highs & lows, the lessons I learned along the way, however I will also be bringing you the knowledge & training that brought my clients their first 10k month, first million dollar year, first Netflix contract, & more!  Make no mistake though.  There is no formula here.  You must trust your sacral yes & go forth to take action!  Sure, sometimes you will stumble but that is where the gold is.
