You can be spiritual AND want a badass bod.
If you are finding you are meeting resistance in speaking your TRUE physique goals dig a bit into that.
What are the beliefs you have about having the physique of your dreams?
Maybe that is makes you shallow? That you should just be happy with where you are and you equate desiring change with meaning not loving yourself? That is just doesn't matter that much anyway, as a way to justify it away? That you are big boned and it will never work for you?Spiritual gangsters...
We KNOW manifestation. We KNOW the power of visualization and being crystal clear...
So why so much resistance around physique goals?
I had a coach once say "How you show up in one area will be how you show up in others".
How is this resistance showing up in other areas? With money? Your business? Your relationship? Your athletic goals?
You aren't getting results because you aren't chasing down things that are meaningful.
And to chase down what is meaningful you must release the resistance, and identities, that are holding you back.
There are two levels to life. Where you are now and a whole different level. Your NEXT level self.
The level you are on now is comfortable. It is cruise control. But at this level nothing DIFFERENT happens. Nothing new or badass comes out of this level.
Identify and release the resistance holding you back.
Be wildly honest with where you are now and where you actually DESIRE to be...
Not what you think you can get but where you actually desire to be!
