You’re signing up for the full 3-month container — Regulate, Rebuild, Sustain — not a month-to-month container.
Nervous system change takes repetition to actually hold, and the taper built into the back half only works if you’re there for the whole arc.

What happens next
1. You’ll get a welcome email immediately with a link to book your first call. Please book this initial call within 14 days to keep momentum going!
2. Complete the intake form within your welcome email so that I can gain an understanding of your goals in our work together.
3. Your first call kicks off the Regulate phase — we’ll map out what your nervous system is actually carrying right now and start building your specific tools
4. I’ll send your Voxer access after that first call, once we’ve actually talked — not before.

This program is nervous system and capacity-building coaching. It is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or treatment for a diagnosed mental health condition. If you’re currently in an acute mental health crisis, this isn’t the right support — please reach out to a licensed professional or crisis service instead, and I’ll say that to you directly and kindly if it comes up.
