- Pre-session intake form: Sent automatically to the email you purchased with — grounds the session in your lived experience before we meet
- Full session recording: Delivered to your inbox within 5 business days of your session
- Personal pattern guide book: A written map of what we uncovered and your customized integration plan moving forward
YOUR NEXT STEPS
1: Check your email — including junk and spam
A welcome email has been sent automatically to the email address you purchased with. It contains your booking link and your intake form. If you don't see it within a few 15 minutes check your junk or spam folder before reaching out.
2: Book your session time
Use the booking link in your welcome email to choose your session date and time. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come basis — book sooner rather than later to secure your preferred time. Sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions.
3: Complete your intake form
The intake form is included in your welcome email. Please complete it within 24 hours of booking— this is what allows us to go deep from the moment we start, rather than spending your two hours on background.
4: Show up ready to go deep
This is a consulting session, not a passive chart reading. Come with an open mind and a willingness to look at the full picture — mind, body, and design together.

Check your junk and spam folder. Your welcome email — which contains your booking link and intake form — is sent automatically the moment your purchase is complete. Email filters sometimes catch automated emails. If you don't see it in your inbox within 5 minutes, check spam before contacting support.
POLICIES
All sales are final. Due to the nature of this work and the preparation involved, AstroDesign™ sessions are non-refundable. Please ensure this is the right fit before purchasing.
Rescheduling. Life happens — rescheduling is available with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your session time due to the extensive preparation for your call. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may result in the session being forfeited. If there is a true emergency please email [email protected] to discuss the situation.
