Does long term strategy apply when you follow strategy & authority?

I often get questions of “Are you going to post about Reflectors”, “You need more content on 5/1 Generators”, or if I post about one authority “When are you posting about an emotional authority?”.

Back when I started in business I would have moved from that pressure & that response in the moment, abandoning my long term plan & strategy. With my undefined head centre others questions would create a ton of pressure on me to answer them.

This isn’t the case any longer.  Not just because of the evolution of my embodiment, groundedness, & crystal sharp focus on what I AM building within the long term vision, but because I am simply not here to answer everybody's questions.  That would be moving from the not self.

While previously people would be shocked that I wasn’t just flying by the seat of my pants posting whatever I respond to in the moment, I am now passionate about teaching others how to leverage their design for building a sustainable, scalable business.

And this isn’t a I did it one month & I now teach it.  This has been 4 years in the online space alone with ongoing studying at the International Human Design School & BG5 Business School (both with Jovian), ongoing research with the different designs, working alongside reputable mentors and thought-leaders within both the energy & strategy worlds, data gathered from successfully supporting thousands of people globally, and invaluable lessons collected from my own personal and professional experiences.

I also hit my own resistance, my own refusal to see the bigger picture, & my own burnout cycles learning the hard way before realizing that I was the one getting in my own way of building a business that allowed FREEDOM, recurring income, & stability.  I now work with people ready for an off ramp, because god knows you couldn’t pay me enough to work with the Ashley that was stubborn as a bull, running her energy & sanity into the ground in devotion to the constant launch cycles that didn’t serve!

Because, let me tell you, allowing the daily tactics to supplement the long term strategy, rather than BE the strategy, is a sexy kind of security, sustainability, & scalability that I can get behind!

A common misconception is that following strategy & authority means doing daily tactics, moving month to month, without a long term plan.  This approach is burning out entrepreneurs at a rapid rate.

What I find is that people tend to overthink long term strategy. It does not have to be complicated. It allows your business to support you & allows you the ability to scale without constantly needing more from you.

What I also hear often is that it is “not spiritual”, “soul killing”, “too much work”, “too overwhelming” to create structure in their business.  As someone who not only took this mindset approach in the beginning of my business but has helped countless multiple 6 figure and 7 figure entrepreneurs repair their business (and their energy) from this way of thinking I must say that for longevity & sustainability you must be supported by your business.  You can only support your business by your daily output & energy for so long.

Further, with daily tactics based businesses when YOUR energy dips, so does the business.  When your mood dips, so does the business.  When you plateau, so does your business.  Long term strategy allows your business to exist as, well, a business that doesn’t go up and down with human emotions or energy levels.

So, what’s a quick tip for each type in business?

Generators/ Manifesting Generators are the Builders & Express Builders:

Not having long term strategy can have you pushing through plateaus, which creates resistance and burnout. Also, what you have energy for today (monthly launches, live programs) may not be what your sacral has energy for a year from now. Failing to plan ahead can cause issues when you finally do want off the hamster wheel yet have nothing in place to do so.

Generators/ MGS that are magnetic are simply masters of their craft & are anchored into what they are building. Unshakable focus & dedication to the vision.

Manifestors are the innovators in business:

Although an energy type Manifestors can often get into the distractions of the undefined/ open sacral & just not know when enough is enough. This can lead to burnout & exhaustion in business launching too often, and without a long term plan this can impact monthly income when your body demands you slow down.

Fully magnetic Manifestors that I go back to over & over again have a pulse, a plan that you can tap into since you can't their aura. You get to know their flow & what is to come.

Projectors are the Advisors in Business:

One of only two non energy types Projectors have a very focused aura, not only in their interactions with others but with the soul of their business. This diamond sharp focus is used best when you are planning out your launches in advance in ways that honour your energy & set you apart as the GO TO EXPERT. Attempting to go by daily tactics to be seen, or out of fear of not being seen if you don't, will lead to burnout fast.

Projectors I continue to go back to are the lighthouse. They are anchored in what they are BEST at & they lead with that. All roads lead back to that expertise.

Reflectors are the evaluators in business:

There is no design that is negatively impacted by daily tactics more than the Reflector. A design that has a MINIMUM of 28 day decision making cycle, most big decisions take longer. For sustainability you require a long term strategy that you are working backwards from, including with content, with the ability to give yourself space to breathe. Big decisions, pivots, changing to the vision also take time. Impulsive launches based on how you feel one day can cause unnecessary energy leaks & distractions.

Reflectors I keep going back to are the lighthouse, calm & steady in their expertise, not feeling pressure to move to be seen or out of fear of being invisible if they spread out their launches or content.
