Leveraging YOUR strengths in small & large groups isn’t just important for interactions as a business owner but also for building your team.  Having a team that compliments each other & “fills the gaps” of each member sets the team AND business up for success (with reduced turnover).

A question came up today in a training in The Sacral Yes around what type of assimilations (definitions) are best working together.  As is the case with everything the answer was “it depends” AND “This would be getting into the Penta”.

The Penta is how we look at business, in the business application of the Human Design system.  The software is completely different & pulls up much different aspects than what you see in Human Design, the spiritual awakening tool.  Yes, it was still developed by Ra Uru Hu.

Some key takeaways with how your energy applies to small & large groups:

1. We move from Individual TRAITS in our own chart or connection chart to SKILLS in the Penta (3-5 people) to ROLES that are recognized in a large group.  Therefore, your energy will be leveraged very differently based on the size of the group you are in, and based on the size of your team/ business.
2. The Penta is a transauric form holding us together within a group in harmony. Some people are actually genetically designed to work alone, in small groups, or in large groups. Some excel in all 3. 

1. If you have felt as though you “disappear” or are not heard within small and/ or large groups you may actually not be designed for them.  We can set up your business in a way that honours your energy & allows for aligned team growth.
2. The Penta takes what it needs & leaves the rest.  Anything outside of the skills & roles it pulls is not utilized.  Therefore, for example, your Channel of Judgment or Genius to Freak actually is NOT energy the Penta uses while you are in a group environment.

Want to see a Penta in action?  Walk into a busy retreat or conference.  What is something you notice right away?  People naturally break off into groups of 3-5.  People are naturally magnetized to certain people & end up within their own smaller group within the whole.   Sure, everyone comes together at certain times, when an Alpha is leading the larger group, however left to its own devices the large group will break into smaller groups.

While this energy naturally plays out in groups we can intentionally leverage it in business for increased impact & income through cutting out much of the trial & error.  The Pentagraph essentially gives us an “xray” of your business energy & dynamics!
