IF YOU HAVE A BUSY LIFESTYLE YOUR BUSINESS MUST WORK FOR YOU!
I had a come to Jesus moment when we adopted Julia & she needed meals every 2 hours with ½ an hour upright time at each meal AND the ability for me to drop everything to take her to her specialist 2 hours away in case of an emergency.
I had a come to Jesus moment when I realized the same mentality I had in corporate followed me into business. In corporate I kept saying “In 1 year I will leave”... Which turned into 2 which turned into 3. In business I had the mentality of “I will work hard now so that I can have the time to show & ride later” realizing the marker kept moving on what it meant to have “made it” or “made enough” AND I wasn’t building ANY structure to allow me to do that… In fact, my hamster wheel only got bigger!
If you are anything like me & many of my clients you started in the strategy only world with, what seemed like, a million steps to even get started.
Just as you went over, AGAIN, your Insta bio & niche before you could start selling…
Because the fear of God was put into you if you didn’t have a clear I help statement and niche from Day 1….
The allure of the energy only world started to trickle in.
And whether you made a shit ton of money or not in the energy only world….
With a busy lifestyle…
Kids…
Maybe horses (or 4 😜)...
A Julia (Is that just me 😂)…
Family that needs you…
Sports…
Activities…
Husband…
Hobbies…
Spiritual development….
Studies….
And just desiring to NOT be tied to the “DM me for the link” madness and constant live launches…
You started to get burned out, exhausted and desiring to burn it all down.
Maybe you blamed your design, being a Projector, Reflector or Manifestor using the excuse of “I just can’t keep up with the Manifesting Generators or Generators”....
Or the excuse of “I am just in the Generator plateau”....
But if you were really truthful…
In your heart of hearts…
You know the current structure of your business can’t support you long term.
And the reality is a lot of influencers & coaches aren’t being entirelyyyyy honest about what it takes behind the scenes SO THAT they can be “in flow”...
They have structure & strategy even if they don’t talk about it…
They have a massive affiliate network that does a ton of selling for them to grow their audience & sales….
They have some of the worlds best marketing teams taking care of their promotions, media & visibility…
They have a full ass team running everything for them…
And the point is not that there is a right way or a wrong way. The point is finding YOUR way, and that is my specialty.
So what I ask of you is to cut the cords from everything you have been TOLD you should do, have to do, need to do.
To cut the cords of the conditioning of what it means to be a spiritual entrepreneur (I have had multiple 6 figure- 7 figure clients fearful to add strategy because they felt it meant they didn’t trust energy or flow)....
And simply ask:
IF I DIDN’T KNOW HOW ANYONE ELSE RAN THEIR BUSINESS, WHAT THEIR BUSINESS STRUCTURE WAS LIKE, WHAT THEY CHARGED OR HOW THEY LAUNCHED…
WHAT WOULD MY BUSINESS MODEL LOOK LIKE?
Would you ACTUALLY have everything automated because you desire to have more time with your kids or out horse showing?
Would you ACTUALLY desire to scale a 6+ figure membership & have a couple high end clients otherwise stop the month to month launching?
Would you actually focus on maybe 3-4 launches a year & take the summer or winter off?
A hard fact: Most spiritual entrepreneurs are afraid to make big commitments or invest in their business (say long term mentorship) because they are afraid of money not being there… And who can blame you if your business doesn’t have reliable recurring income on repeat monthly!!
You can implement what supports you & allows your business to become scalable without requiring more of you AND you CAN also allow space for yourself to pivot, expand, grow and make other decisions in the long term.
However when we get stuck in what it looks like THIS month, without a long term vision, we can make decisions that only support us short term but burn us long term.
Make 2022 the year you anchor into your long term vision & ask yourself the tough questions about where your business is going.
