Developing Emotional Intelligence During Spiritual Growth

(An excerpt from my upcoming book!)

 

Every step you take into the light you take a step into the dark. In this spiritual community we are fed a steady diet of light and ascension. However, the more light you embody the more darkness you embody. The higher we ascend the lower we descend.

 

A spiritual awakening is not about rising higher, it is about width, depth, height… Complete expansion in every direction.

 

A message from my Cosmic team came through, which I immediately passed on to my amazing community today: Can you hold space for the lower frequencies as you ascend higher?

 

Can you face the lower frequencies, both in yourself & others, without feeling you are above it or you need to fix it?

 

Not in a way of trying to illuminate your dark. Not rising higher because you believe the light will illuminate the dark. Because the dark ITSELF gets larger, and that is not only perfectly ok but exactly how this process is meant to go.

The challenge we meet as we ascend into higher vibrational frequencies is the ability to hold the space for our light and dark. High frequencies and low.

If we try to cut off the lower vibrational frequencies we cut off our ability to ascend higher…

 

The analogy I use is a candle. The largest, brightest candles have the largest shadow behind them. The candle doesn’t try to fix that. It doesn’t dim to fit in with the other candles. And it also doesn’t make the candles around it wrong. The candle also doesn’t try to fix it’s shadow by trying to shine light on it.

Are you comfortable holding space for that, not trying to fix it or figure it out. Simply hold space for it.

 

If a gift or lesson is meant to come from it, it will come. We don’t need to go seeking it out or digging for it. And when the opportunity comes to venture into the dark for a gift, a lesson or a karmic uncovering there is no need to fear it, because you, my love, are meant to see in the dark.

 

You were created from the dark.

Born of the dark.

Part Dark Goddess.

It is nothing to fear.

When we see the frequencies as this or that, reaching a certain energetic level to rid ourselves of lower frequencies we are limiting our growth & expansion. When we believe that ascension is only light, we limit our growth & expansion.

 

Can we hold space for our multi-dimensional nature?

Can we hold space for duality AND oneness at once?

Can we hold space for masculine & feminine energy but neither, zero point of wholeness at the same time?

Duality and oneness at once?

Everything and nothing at once?

 

If you have a business goal, such as a $50, 000 launch, and it doesn’t happen can you hold space for the mind while it repeats the old stories that need to be processed, seen & released, without judging them or getting your hooks in them or making it mean something about you?

 

Can you hold that space while SIMULTANEOUSLY being in the space of oneness, curiosity and joy, knowing that how that cocreation came to fruition was exactly how it was meant to be in that moment?

The ability to be in both the high and the low.

The ability to be both human AND divine at the same time.

Human AND a Goddess, not trying to spiritually bypass by focusing ONLY on your divinity.

 

Caring for, and holding space for, your humanness and your pixie dust spiritual being at once.

 

Holding the energetic space for that so everything that is meant to be expressed through you can be expressed through you.

 

We need to get to this space before we can hold that space for clients, and this, my love, has been the lesson I have been embodying in the middle of 2020 so I AM able to hold that space more powerfully in the Cosmic Alignment System (Human Design Certifications) in 2021.

 

Breathe into that feeling today. Everything and nothing. Human and divine. And the depth of ALL emotions that you are here to experience.
