You Are Burned Out Because....

The “I need you to walk around & knock donuts out of my hand so I can stay on track” type of clients.

Look, they aren’t bad people but they are zapping the fuck out of your energy.

If you were REALLY being honest with yourself you know it..

❌ Isn’t because you are a Projector or Reflector….

❌ Isn’t because you are working too hard…

❌ Isn’t because you are in a Generator plateau or void….

That is causing your burnout.  

What is causing your burnout is:

1. Working too hard on something you really don’t give a shit about but think you have to do/ say/ show up as/ whatever so that you will be successful…

You know, the good little entrepreneur bot hoops that the experts all say you need to learn how to jump through teaching the same things as everyone else because… Well, you forget why.

Nothing makes me feel “burned out” faster than trying to jump through hoops or feeling pressure to “be” a certain way.

1. Working with clients you have to hand hold, drag, & convince how badass & unicorn-esque they are.  The type of clients that show up ready to go but are not willing to do the work (or any work) whilst also complaining about results.

And I will add one more for good measure….

1. Lack of long term strategy in your business so you are ONLY left with going day to day flying by the seats of your pants. 

The truth is:

Not only do you GET to build a rich AF business in your soul work, doing exactly what YOU want, working with who you really want…

But it is a MUST.

I got burned out at the beginning of 2021, and well into the year, building my business & making commitments in a way that “made sense” yet resulted in a LOT of unaligned situations & situations that caused a deep heaviness in the business.

When I came back with The Sacral Yes it was a line drawn in the sand for who & what I am a stand for.  That carries over to INNOVATORS, my Manifestor only Mastermind (Only 1 spot left!), & my upcoming 6 month mastermind will be by application ONLY.

If you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, & all around want to take a match to your business, look at these cornerstones.  

➡️It may not be that you want to pivot but your clients are more a nightmare than a dream.  

➡️It may be that you are in a direction you don’t want to be in.  

➡️It may be that your business has absolutely no structure therefore there is no way BUT to get exhausted from daily hustle & stress about where the next payment will come from.

When we ask ourselves better questions we get better results. And when you take radical responsibility for your boundaries, energy, growth, & wealth you can implement steps that move the business forward in an aligned way!

And, in the meantime.  Cut away the fat.  Anything that doesn’t serve your next level identity, let it go.  You cannot receive more until you cut the anchors off your ankles keeping you at your current level.
