I have to admit, I geek out at combining my education in Psychology with the advanced Human Design trainings!

 

Let’s chat something I look at for my advanced private clients (I have 1 space left for a 5 week Human Design intensive beginning mid Nov!):

 

➳ Variables!

 

 

 

We are conditioned to be what we are not…

 

And therefore conditioned to believe we are something we are not…. I see this ALL the time in foundation calls when someone doesn’t resonate with their design, then 6 months later after experimenting with their design I receive a message saying “OH MY GOODNESS, YOU WON”T BELIEVE THIS!”.

When we are 20, 30, 40, 50 and have gone our whole lives believing we are someone we are not, or acting in ways that were conditioned it takes TIME to allow the layers to start falling away.

 

But because of this it is not uncommon to discover that we are attempting to act strategically in an area where we are naturally designed to function receptively. This puts tremendous strain on our brain, body, and mind, causing dysfunction on many levels and divorcing us from our true potential.

For example, consider a student who has a Right brain. Because the predominant mode of operating in the world is strategic, or Left, they are going to be put under pressure to focus and study in ways that exert unnatural strain on their brain system. This may take the form of their taking detailed notes during class in order to look engaged, or attempting to drill content into their minds with flashcards to make sure they can recall the information. Unlike their Left or strategic peers, these students are actually at their best when they choose not to study or strain, but simply are present in class as content is covered. Because their brains receive and store everything they take in, they will find they have natural access to the information when it needs to be drawn out of them, such as when a question is posed on a test.

 

Learning this helped me be at peace with my education so far, as I could previously never figure out why I just couldn’t do well on a test no matter HOW many study notes or flashcards I made…

 

And is arming me with the correct information going into my Masters of Counselling Psychology as well as how I operate my business.

How does this apply to business?

 

If you have a receptive brain taking a million notes during a course you are taking WILL work against you!!

 

If you have a receptive brain how you prepare for speaking engagements or interviews will differ…

 

How you even prepare for courses YOU are leading will differ!

So, lets dive a little deeper!

 

Variables reveal the four areas of transformation potential for all nine- centered beings and help unravel the blueprint on how you are designed to operate optimally & how you are designed to take in information & experiences.

 

Business isn’t a one sized fits all, and very often ( either consciously or unconsciously ) we are trying to create a business based on someone elses model of success…

 

And YES, that worked for them. But it does NOT mean it will work for you.

Have you been there? Spinning your wheels trying to make someone elses framework for you? Trying to make ads work but they just won’t, yet your coach made a damn fortune off of them? Trying to post the way you are told to post and it just DOES. NOT. WORK?!

 

Or maybe just even not able to “see” the world, or learn, the way other people do?

 

Learning that my mind is receptive was MASSIVE for me, not just in business, but helped me understand why I struggled with standardized testing in school.

 

Variables are found at a very deep level of our genetic makeup, and I love to look at them with the natal chart pulled up to be able to see how someones life path can be lived out by being aware of their personal variables.

When we dive into variables we dive past the hexagram structure into colour, tone & base. Tone, for example, is your inner frequency of the neutrinos movement through your personality and design crystals; and it is what determines your variable. This is an important aspect of your genetic makeup, showing how your unique genetic makeup explains your physical & psychological comprehension.

 

The reality is this…

 

➳ Most of us are highly conditioned to see the world the way the majority sees and judges it. Even when we start to “wake up” or “see past the veil” the level of conditioning continues to run deep, clouding our judgement of what is our inner truth & what has been absorbed from the world around us.

Homogenized consciousness comes from your thoughts; intelligence and awareness expressed out of the deeply conditioned openness in your design. Projectors are the most susceptible to conditioning, while Generators & MGS are the most susceptible to the mind continuing to run the show, even after having learned about their design.

 

LEFT VS RIGHT BRAIN

 

Someone with a Left brain system has a brain that is consistently active, processing information with a particular focus or intent. This focus results in the vast majority of information being screened out, so that only information relevant to its focus is received and stored. This is even the type of brain we hear about in NLP all the time!

 

A person with a Left brain is able to recall the information that fits their particular focus at a given time as needed, enabling them to use that information in strategic ways that help them achieve their goals and agendas.

 

By contrast, someone with a Right brain receives information without filters, taking everything in deeply. This results in the Right being an incredible repository of information and experience, but, because there is no particular focus in place, one who is Right does not have the ability to access the information on one’s own.

 

As a result, someone with a Right brain is unaware of the tremendous depth inside them. This is someone who could read the same book or listen to the same lecture several times and still feel they haven’t retained its information.

For the Right to be able to access its depth requires that someone draw it out of them; in other words, it requires that someone bring them a focus. When this happens, someone who is Right is likely to surprise themselves with what they have to share, not knowing where it came from or that they knew it.

 

For me, as a right brain, having a coach to bring it out is a tremendous help to access what is internal! It is true: I often don’t even realize the TRUE depth of the information I hold!

 

Our society primarily values the strategic functioning of the mind; linear & logical so most right brain, receptive, thinkers go nearly all their life trying to learn and grow their business from the wrong place!

 

When you learn how to embody your own style of learning, expressing your knowledge & interacting with the world you open up new levels of embodiment & growth!
