Use Fear as a Teacher

Deciding is the easy part.

Drawing your line in the sand is easy….

But do you erase it or put conditions on it allowing self sabotage patterns to be perpetuated.  Do you draw your line in the sand & decide that things are going to be _____ (You are going to launch the course, you are going to say the things, you are going to make $100, 000 months) but then not IMMEDIATELY back it up with action?

And the not self has good reasons, doesn’t it?

Fear, overwhelm, confusion, the “tribe” will reject you, not enoughism, the need to heal more, and whatever story we have rehearsed over the years that follows.  Oftentimes rehearsed so well we believe our own stories.

You must be willing to deal with those things at THIS level, because they WILL show up at every “next level”.   

The reality is: Your GREATEST gifts are in the shadow.  Your GREATEST gifts are within the fear.  You must be willing to go into it & extract the gold.  To lean into the fear, dance with the fear, use it as a teacher not a prison guard. 

You are nervous because you are in the unknown.  Not because it is unaligned.

You are confused because you are learning, expanding, growing, trying something new, not because it isn’t meant for you.

You are feeling fear because this is new & the brain is not a fan of new, even if the known is uncomfortable or just plain painful.

There is a level all of us have not yet said yes to yet, or said yes to but are not doing the needle moving activities that you know damn well are what are required to change the game for you.  

Many people are great at deciding.  Not many are great at taking action.

To break the habit of being you, you MUST FULLY completely release the old you, or else it doesn’t work.  If the snake only partially sheds its skin it gets sick & dies.

The dance of in & out, putting one foot in, taking one foot out, is exhausting.  It isn’t your design that is making you feel drained.  It isn’t because you are a Projector.  It is because you are living a half life, dancing over the line of actually creating what you want.  It is because you are eternally seeking the way around fear, overwhelm, & confusion rather than just beginning to walk up the mountain.  It is because you KNOW you aren’t saying & doing what you are meant to be saying & doing.

That drains anyone.
