Stuck in Business as a Projector or Reflector?

I meet a lot of STUCK AF Projectors & Reflectors (Well, all designs have this problem but each design for a different reason) ⬇️

Waiting does not mean doing nothing!  

I have been saying this for some time, and I will continue saying it, ESPECIALLY since the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix is going to burn down all of the selling of fantasies:

You cannot just lean back & expect to build an empire or scale a business past 50K months.  

The designs this rhetoric is the most dangerous to are the Projectors & Reflectors.  While other designs are taking action they are leaning back more, letting go more, trusting more, & waiting for the invitations/ the thing that start their process.

Which means I meet a lot of STUCK AF Projectors & Reflectors (And maybe this sounds like where you are as well): ⬇️⬇️

❌Where either their warm market ran out therefore the 30k+ months came to a screeching halt & they have no way for new leads to find them therefore money stopped.

❌ Or they do not know how to lean back more to make more money & impact…. So they are burned out from trying to figure it out.

What if that next level version of you, the next level cash, & next level receiving of invitations requires you to take a specific action in the now?

It may not be a sales activity. Maybe it is hiring a new staff or firing someone that is draining your energy. Maybe it is pivoting. Maybe it is moving to a new location.

What if the next level version of you isn't here yet because of an action you are not taking?

I do NOT think it is a coincidence the highest percentage of my clients that are either millionaires or scaled past 1 million working with me are Manifestors.  And I often see online “She is successful because she is a Manifestor”.  I have even witnessed Manifestor coaches have clients say on group calls “Well it is easier for you because you are a Manifestor”.

That is simply not true.  She is successful because she is taking action on what she knows to be true right now while Projectors are conditioned with bumper sticker philosophies around “I am not here to work so I just have to lean back more”.  

And we have swung so far to the other side of the pendulum that even saying “work” gets people in a tizzy assuming work = toxic hustle. 

That dream you desire to build is going to require some fire & sacred hustle from you.  It is going to require listening to your inner authority rather than what your MIND thinks you do or do not want to do or what you do or do not have energy for.
