The online “coaching” space is a wild place.  A place I find myself less & less connected with.  It is no wonder so many new entrepreneurs are so confused & stuck spinning their wheels…

➡️Be bold, but not too bold or you will be seen as a bitch.

➡️Show your lifestyle, but not that much because you will be seen as using your lifestyle to sell.

➡️Share money wins but not too much or else people will question if you can sell any other way.

➡️Be confident & the authority, but not too much or people will see you as arrogant & a “know it all”.

➡️Show vulnerability but not that much because it is fake.

➡️Use strategy but not too much or THAT strategy because it is the old way.

➡️Speak your truth, no no, not like that, that is not trauma informed.

I can’t be the only one trying to draw the mean girls cafeteria map to figure out how to navigate this space lately….

And it only seems to be getting worse.

And the WILDEST part is while you are being torn down it will be by people taking the stance of being superior because THEY don’t do it like that…

But they are more spiritually enlightened, don’t forget.

Rise together has been reduced to “only if you fit into this small box to gain entry or else your content & how you show up will be used for the next hit piece”.

I honestly don’t understand why we can’t all get along & honour the fact that everyone doing it differently is exactly what makes this space work.  

You can set yourself apart without making someone else wrong.

This is all simply contemplating out loud.  Maybe it will get me canceled from the online spiritual coaching space.  I often now wonder if that would be so bad.

Maybe the Gene Keys has made me soft but when I sit back & think “the spiritual coaching space is the same as walking into any competitive stable”, I feel like we are missing the mark (for those that compete you will get the analogy).

We all have something to learn from Crossfit, lol.  They truly get the “rise together” mentality.

Anyway, just some musings on a Thursday as I become more & more exhausted with the push pull commentary in a space that is meant to honour our differences & bring us together.
