What does it take to FLOURISH in business?

If you are anything like the high performers, & entrepreneurs that come to me you are burned out despite what you are making in your business.  You are not truly FLOURISHING, even though the accolades & money are rolling in.

I have been speaking on this for years now, even getting massive push back from some circles years ago:  Business is not all lean back, calibrate, create it & they will come energy.  

In fact, it is this very thing that is burning entrepreneurs out & creating dysregulated nervous systems.

Entrepreneurship is inherently risky & unpredictable.  The industries are constantly mutating, including the coaching industry, and as Ra Uru Hu said: “If you don’t adapt you die”.  It requires a level of drive, grit, & resiliency to build & scale a business.

However, you can do all the “right” things to heal yet if your business lacks any structure that provides recurring income, predictability, & ability to scale your health, wealth, & nervous system is resting on a house of cards.  When the wind blows, and it will, everything will come crashing down.

2023 is focused on helping my clients build a firm foundation in their health, wealth, nervous system & bodies.  I am focusing on high level consulting & long term coaching work as it is precisely the chasing of quick fixes & hits that is causing so many issues in many industries (and humanity) right now.
