Destroying of Instincts in the Coaching Industry

Sometimes it is difficult for us to realize when we are losing our instincts.

It is easy to buy into (Quite literally) traps & cages especially when breaking free from the confines of the programming.

 

All is not what it seems.

The deadening of instincts is often supported by not just the surrounding culture but other women who also lost their instinct as a way of achieving success or belonging in a culture that has no nourishing habitat for the wild woman.

 

A common trap within the coaching industry, which deadens your instinct and tells you that your instinct is wrong is the constant claiming of "projections" in the coaching industry.

 

While, yes, it is true that there is much for us to dive into and dissolve around our OWN projections and how we often attract people that hold us in the very wounds we are trying to break free from...

 

And we must also look at how we are awful to ourselves and deaden our own instincts with our own painful internal self talk....

 

However, this should NOT be the end of the inquiry.

 

And often it is where it ends because those that dare to have a different opinion are silenced with "you are just projecting".

 

Maybe. Maybe not. Maybe there is more to it.

Ending it there by claiming that something is only and solely a projection supports the patriarchal energy and further suppresses the rising of the feminine.

 

If her wolfy instincts are tingling there must be something to it.

 

We must also be open to a paradigm BEYOND thinking that everything is solved by dissolving the projection and finding consciousness within ourselves.

 

This in and of itself is conditioning.

 

Rather than a LINEAR either / or paradigm...

Either something out there or something internal...

 

It is more useful to the rising up and healing of the feminine to use an and/ and model.

 

A paradigm of full healing of both our internal world and the collective.

Both our internal wounds and the collective.

 

THIS paradigm encourages and supports women in questioning the status quo and the repressing of strong voices furthering leaving women chained and silenced...

 

Even by our own.

 

To not only look at ourselves and how our external environment is a manifestation of our internal environment BUT...

 

How the world, and coaching industry is accidentally, consciously, unconsciously or purely maliciously targeting the feminine consciousness and very rising up that it claims to be supporting.

 

The "rising together" as a sales gimmick and black magic rather than truly for the highest good of all.

 

This is not a blame state or paradigm but a way of objectively changing, mutating and evolving the internal and external world.

Living in a semi captured state, even though you have the successful business, will not work for the wild woman.

 

For some it will work long term.

 

Not for the wild woman.

 

They feel caged in and suppressed by the very culture and people that were meant to liberate them...

 

Yet the cage remains firmly locked.

 

A culture of sit, stay, shut up and be a good girl transfers over to the coaching world.

 

Very rarely are women encouraged to push the boundaries, create new paradigms and give the finger to how things are currently done.

It is time for a revolution.

 

Instead of shutting down the woman, claiming she is projecting, that dares to speak up and question the status quo we must encourage more of it.

 

And this isn't from a place of trying to take the legs out of other women...

This is from a place of helping all women become free of the conditioning and paradigms.

 

Allowing Kali to come in and tear this shit down because it doesn't support the new paradigm or frequency.

 

As a final note: Beware of the black magic. It is very real.

 

Hone your instincts and senses.

Return to the wild.
