One of my favourite parts of working with my clients is that when they are operating correctly it isn’t about making MASSIVE changes. The women in my 1:1 containers are simply making slight tweaks to their energetic approach to business/ life/ money that make a MASSIVE difference in the outcome.

 

For myself (although I am a Generator) those slight tweaks took me from $50 a month, struggling with a side hustle, to walking out of corporate with NO clients, $10, 000 in my first month full time in business & 6 figures in under 6 months.

 

Slight tweaks make MASSIVE impacts.

 

The thing is, when we are operating correctly it is always going to be slight tweaks to our alignment in the constant unfolding & evolution of our life path. There IS no end point or destination, and this is where a lot of people put themselves up in their head centre & create resistance in business.

“If I only knew the how, if I only knew the why then I could make the right decisions”.

 

Wrong.

 

How do you know when a decision is correct in your business?

 

Splenic is based off an instinctual knowing.

Solar plexus is based off of emotional clarity.

Ego is based off of willful determination.

Mental Projector is based off of mental reflection (NOT a mental decision, there is a difference!).

 

It is a slow evolution & unfolding. Making one aligned decision that opens you up to the next.

 

For the Projectors the correct use of your energy is knowing when to advise someone, however NOT then going on to tell them what to do. This is asking the right questions to help them uncover their OWN answers. The old way of the guru is crumbling. NO ONE is anyones authority.

 

You are here to share your wisdom through being recognized by the other. The double edged sword for you is that YOU must recognize yourself first. If YOU do not recognize yourself, or your energy gives off a frequency of being unsure about your own gifts & genius, you will repel the very people MEANT to be impacted of your genius.

 

Because a Projectors aura goes straight to the G centre of the other, and penetrates the aura, people will FEEL your frequency immediately & it isn’t as unforgiving in misalignment as a Generators.

 

When a Projector is in their element they are MAGNETIC, the lighthouse shining their wisdom for everyone to see. It is never about having to sit around WAITING for the invitation. You simply living your best life, showing up powerfully in your business, will MAGNETIZE people to you.

 

If you are feeling stuck in your business you are operating through shadows & distractions within your chart. What Human Design calls the not self. It turns into a vicious cycle for the Projector:

 

They don’t recognize themselves fully, so others don’t recognize them so they become derailed by the lack of recognition, lack of scaling in their business as they watch others seemingly scale with ease…

 

Which forces them into their shadows & distractions….

 

Which causes them to start making decisions from the not self, ex If I launch a manifestation program it will sell really well & I can hit that $20,00 month that has eluded me, which only brings them further from their alignment.

As a Human Design Guide I like to say that I explain the science & energy of it, you express the art of the system.

 

And to express YOUR art is to have a deep sense of self trust.
