STRONG.ERÂ PERIMENOPAUSE PERFORMANCEÂ
COACHING
A fully personalized training and nutrition program — built around your actual body, your actual goals, and the life you’re living right now.
There's never been a better time to achieve your goals
You used to be the athlete. Maybe competitive, maybe just always in motion — CrossFit, running, lifting, whatever it was, you had energy & enjoyed being active.
Then life happened.
Now you’re on the other side of it, in perimenopause, handed two options that both feel wrong: track every bite forever, or take a shortcut that makes you feel wildly uncomfortable (as it should!).
You want to be strong, capable, and back in your body — training toward something real, not managing a number on a scale.
Â
Let’s just say this part out loud
This is not a weight loss program.
Will your body change? Yes.
But that’s the receipt, not the goal.
If “shred for beach season” is what you’re after, this isn’t your program. If living off as many calories as possible is the goal, this isn't for you.
If you want to find out what your body can actually do, keep reading.
Why this starts with an assessment, not a template
Â
Generic programs guess. This one doesn’t.
Every program is built after we actually look at what your body is doing — your movement patterns, your imbalances, where you’re compensating without realizing it — and after we talk through what recovery has actually looked like for you lately.
Training and nutrition only work if your body can actually hold them. So we start there, meeting you where you are at and mapping out a plan to where you want to go, not with a plan pulled off a shelf.
Is this the right fit?
This program is built with a specific level of support on purpose — enough structure and guidance to actually get you results, without burying someone getting back into training under more than what they need.
If you’re a current competitor, or you’re training to place — regionals, a qualifying time, a serious 2027 season goal — you need more than this program is built to give you, and that’s by design, not a limitation.
Â
Email me directly and we’ll build out what that support actually needs to look like for you.
If you’re rebuilding, returning, or chasing a personal goal — a first Hyrox, a trail race, getting your strength back, training because it feels good to be strong again — this program is built exactly for that.
How we get there
What this actually is:
• A 1-hour intake call to go over your goals, your history, and what “getting back to it” actually means to you
• A full movement and imbalance assessment, done live on that same first call, used to personalize your training from day one — not guessed at after the fact
• A complete, personalized training program, built in blocks and updated as you go — not a static plan handed over once and left alone
• Full nutrition guidance, plant-based and built for performance — real numbers for fueling, not restriction
• Weekly check-ins so your program adjusts to how you’re actually recovering, not just how the plan assumed you would
• A monthly live call to talk through progress, goals, and anything that needs a real conversation instead of a form
• Voxer support for questions, form checks, and adjustments in between
 What this looks like:Â
- A 12-week 1:1 container, structured in three phases: Regulate, Rebuild, Sustain
- 9 live coaching calls (1 hour each) — weekly for the first 8 weeks, then biweekly for the remaining 4 as you build independence
- Bounded Voxer access between sessions (Monday–Friday, one response daily). Dysregulation doesn’t wait for your next appointment, and you shouldn’t have to wait either.
- Customized nervous system practices and positive psychology tools after every call, built for your actual week — not a generic worksheet
- A dedicated week-10 conversation on what’s next: continue into deeper work, or graduate with the tools in hand
- Clarity, throughout, on what’s genuinely hormonal versus what’s chronic stress wearing a hormonal disguise — because that distinction changes what actually helps
Who this is for:
• You’re 38+ and something that used to feel manageable doesn’t anymore
• You’ve been told “it’s just perimenopause” or "just stress" and neither fully sat right with you
• You’re not in crisis — you’re just done running on empty and calling it fine
• You want your actual energy back, not a workaround for not having it
• You want real structure, not a vague promise that things will get better eventually
• You are an athlete looking to increase capacity
Â
Who this isn’t for:
• You’re looking for a training or nutrition program — that’s the Performance Coaching track
• You want a quick fix rather than something that actually holds
• You are not willing to put effort into your capacity and discipline to healing outside of calls
• You’re in an acute mental health crisis — this isn’t a substitute for clinical care, and I’ll say that to you directly if it comes up
What Changes
You stop waiting for a good day and start having them, regularly. You get your afternoons back. You stop treating exhaustion like a personality trait and start recognizing it as a signal you can actually do something about.
This isn’t about doing less with your life. It’s about finally having what it takes to do what you actually want with it.
